sangria-recipe5 parts Irish Dog® Bloody Mary Mix®
2 parts Lime Juice (we like fresh or Nellie and Joe’s™)
1 part Orange Juice (fresh or favorite unsweetened)
1 part Tequila
Agave Syrup or Super Fine Sugar to taste

Pour all ingredients in a chilled container for serving. Stir well. Add a few oranges wedges, lime slices, if desired. Pour on the rocks or straight up.




ribs-recipe1 32 oz bottle IRISH DOG BLOODY MARY MIX®
1 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons coarse ground Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic, granulated
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 cups all-purpose Four
½ cup Panko Crumbs
7 Eggs, beaten
1 cup thick BBQ Sauce (sweeter works great)
6 pounds Beef Ribs, cut into single rib pieces
3 quarts Peanut Oil for frying

Stir in ½ cup Irish Dog® Bloody Mary Mix® and BBQ sauce into eggs. Chill. Pour remaining contents of bottle Irish Dog® Bloody Mary Mix® into a deep roaster pan. Place ribs in pan and toss. Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator. Turn one time. Mix flour, panko crumbs in bowl. Set aside. Mix seasonings in bowl. Set aside. In a deep heavy skillet or fryer, heat oil to 375° F. Remove ribs from marinade. Rub both sides of ribs well with seasoning mix. Dip into egg mix then dredge in flour. Repeat steps one more time. Fry ribs 7-8 minutes. Place on a paper towels to drain excess fat. Drizzle with more BBQ sauce. Serve immediately or keep warm in oven on a sheet pan

corn-cob-recipe4-6 Ears of Sweet Corn, husked and clean, simmered
2 cups Irish Dog® Bloody Mary Mix®
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
4-6 strips of smoked Bacon

Stir melted butter into Irish Dog® Bloody Mary Mix®. Roll corn in mixture than wrap bacon around each ear of corn. Place on prepared grill. Grill, rolling corn to cook all sides of bacon. Sprinkle with a little sugar. Serve immediately. 



sweet-tea1 gal. Water
10 Tea Bags
3 1/4 cups Sugar

 4 cups Irish Dog® Bloody Mary Mix®. 

Boil water. Add tea bags. Let sit for about 15 minutes. Stir in sugar to dissolve. Add 4 cups Irish Dog® Bloody Mary Mix®. Stir well and cool. Transfer to a pitcher. Fill tall glasses with ice with one slice of lemon in each glass. Pour mixture into glasses and serve.




pork-soak1 bottle Irish Dog® Bloody Mary Mix
1 can Hawiian Punch®
1 cup Apple Juice
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Bourbon
6 Cloves
1 teaspoon cracked Black Pepper

Mix together in bowl. Add pork shoulder, or any pork cut you wish. Turn a few times, cover and marinate for 3 hours. Good to prepare for smoker, BBQ grilling, Dutch Oven.
